The Tavitian Foundation is a private foundation that was founded by Aso O. Tavitian in 1995 for the purpose of providing educational financial assistance to talented individuals of primarily Armenian ethnicity. Today, the Foundation supports programs that fall within four areas of interest:
- Strengthening governance in the Republic of Armenia
- Supporting the search for solutions to specific challenges of a globalized world
- Supporting educational opportunities for individuals of Armenian ethnicity
- Supporting the arts
